I've spoken with hundreds of former pro athletes about what they missed most about playing. The most common answer is "the locker room", the relationships, the shared struggles, the unique sense of community. Our business partner and NFL Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk said it best when asked the same question by Ed Mylett "The locker room...camaraderie. When you're not playing a team sport you can never get that feeling" That's why I'm on a mission to help former athletes find a new team and a new locker room after sports. It's why we treat business like a sport.  We believe that we need to continue to grow and be challenged in order to be fulfilled in life.
