Sports is a universal human language. It unites us in a world where too many things divide us. Sports has allowed me to connect with people in a way that nothing else has. The lessons that sports teach us applies to all of life. I believe that athletes are uniquely positioned to lead, serve, and change the world. I've spent decades building relationships with athletes, coaches, and sports industry leaders. My mission is to assist them in expanding their impact, influence, and legacy far beyond sports. We use athlete leadership to help people of all backgrounds win in life.

It takes the right coaches, teammates, training, and opportunities in order to truly excel. I help athletes expand their leadership ability and influence beyond the context of sports through public speaking, mentorship, community service, and business leadership.

We can only be our best when we work together, play our position, and focus on our unique abilities. - Rescuing the most vulnerable people on earth from a life of unjust suffering
